A gift that green, fair trade, and helps natural disaster victims

How's this for making lemonades out of lemons?

In a Guatemalan village damaged by the most recent eruption of the Pacaya volcano, artisans are using cooled lava to create jewelry. You can purchase earrings (handmade and fairly trade) like these at The Rainforest Site Store, and a portion of the proceeds from your purchase goes directly to rebuilding homes destroyed in the disaster.
